An open cabbage with bare, white flower stalks, white leaf veins and dark green top leaves. A delicious oriental vegetable, but a typically western beef steak with pak choi is also very good. Can be harvested already 30 days after sowing in the same way as a leaf vegetable (but then do not thin out) and after approx. 65 days as fully-grown pak choi. Ensure for autumn fertilizer application and water regularly. Does not bolt very quickly.
