This variety has rather small beans that grow in clusters on the plant. Mechelse Tros has a long harvest period and a high yield. Place the poles in a roof shape and guide each pole bean plant upwards. Pole bean cultivation in a greenhouse generally provides extra yield. 50 grams is sufficient for approximately 40 poles.
